  • Can I buy or return textiles on site?
    We only ship our goods online, a purchase or exchange on site is not possible.
  • Can I return or exchange textiles ordered online?
    Of course it is our goal that our customers are 100% satisfied. If goods are to be exchanged or returned, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to cancel. Further information can be found in our terms and conditions & revocation.
  • Where can I find information about new products and promotions?
    We share our new products, promotions and offers via Instagram and Facebook.
  • What must be considered when caring for the textiles?
    So that you can enjoy your t-shirts and hoodies for a long time, please follow our textile care instructions: — turn the textiles inside out — wash at 30 °C — do not use bleach or chemicals — do not tumble dry — iron inside out and only iron on low temperature in print area
  • How much are the shipping costs?
    From an order value of €50.00, the shipping costs within Germany are free. Shipping costs €3.50. For more information, see the “Shipping & Payment” section.
  • How long are the delivery times?
    After receipt of money, our delivery times are 1 - 3 working days.
  • Dealer Inquiries:
    Please write to us by email (info@federblick.de) or post (BYSELINI UG (limited liability) Klingsorstrasse 31-33, 12167 Berlin). Enter your business licence (extract from the commercial register, business registration, etc.)VAT ID, full address, telephone number, email and web address. Dealers can order our goods in advance from a minimum order value of €250 for their own sale. As soon as you are registered with us as a dealer, your customer account will be converted to dealer conditions. With your dealer access, you can then see all net purchase prices in our online shop. No goods are made available on commission or on open invoices. We reserve the right to reject dealer inquiries.
